Planning with PittStop – Part 3 – Next week's to do list

Previously we have covered getting started and adding tasks, plus managing different projects. This time round, we'll show you how to use PittStop to plan your to do lists for next week.

Purchase Commercial Edition

Remember you can try PittStop for free for up to 28 days – why not download your free trial, and use Pittstop to plan your tasks for next week?

When you add or modify a task (by double clicking a task) you can assign tasks for a particular day, and set deadlines.

In your list of tasks, you can select multiple tasks at the same time by holding down the CTRL key and selecting each task. You can then modify all these tasks at the same time by right clicking and selecting “Modify Task”.

You can then set an assigned day for these multiple tasks, which will then be applied to all the tasks you have selected!

From the Calendar section of PittStop, you can view tasks and deadlines for a particular day – this can be useful for seeing your to do list (and updating the status of each task as you complete them) for the day.
